01
Everyday care
Shake, sweep or vacuum regularly to remove loose debris. Use suction only and turn rotating brushes off. Clean the reverse of the rug and the surface beneath it.
Lift solid spills first. Blot liquids with a clean white cloth, working from the outside of the spill towards the centre. Do not rub.
02
Wash gently. Rinse thoroughly.
Test cleaning in a hidden area first. Use cool or lukewarm water, a small amount of pH-neutral detergent and a soft nylon brush. Start with the gentlest method and repeat rather than over-treat. Rinse until the water runs clear.
Dry flat or evenly supported, with airflow to both sides. Never leave the rug in standing water. For paint, ink, unknown chemicals, colour transfer, damaged edges or recurring growth, seek specialist care.
03
Rain, poolside use and storage
Use a stable, free-draining surface. After rain, raise the edges and dry the rug and floor separately before replacing furniture. Rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt or chlorine and dry completely.
Use outdoor-safe furniture glides. Lift furniture rather than dragging it and rotate the rug periodically. For storage, clean and dry the rug completely, then roll it rather than folding it. Store horizontally in a dry, ventilated space.
04
Cleaning methods to avoid
Do not use pressure or steam cleaning, bleach, solvents or stiff brushes. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or dry clean unless the individual product care label expressly permits it. The care guide includes specific instructions for soil, food, sunscreen, pet accidents, salt, chlorine, gum and wax.
05
Two-year limited manufacturer warranty
Authentic Rima Dain outdoor rugs carry a 24-month limited manufacturer warranty from the original retail purchase date. It applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from Rima Dain or an authorised retailer.
Cover includes verified manufacturing defects in yarn, weaving, seams, borders, backing or finishing that materially affect normal use; dyeing or finishing faults attributable to manufacture; and structural failure caused by a manufacturing defect during normal outdoor use. Placement and care must comply with the product label and published guidance.

How to make a claim
Contact your point of purchase or Rima Dain customer care within the warranty period. Include proof of purchase, clear photographs and a brief description. Do not repair, return or dispose of the rug before authorisation.
After verification, Rima Dain may repair or replace the rug, or provide another remedy required by law. Comparable replacements may vary. Any separate written project warranty supersedes the standard terms.
This warranty is additional to non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law and does not limit those rights.
08
Your statutory rights in Spain
For new goods bought by consumers under Spanish law, the seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that existed at delivery and becomes apparent within three years of delivery. Legal remedies apply on their statutory terms.
Rima Dain's two-year limited manufacturer warranty is separate commercial cover. Its duration, eligibility rules and exclusions do not shorten or restrict those mandatory rights. Contact the seller if your concern falls outside the manufacturer warranty but may involve a lack of conformity.
