A RUG FOR YOUR SPACE
Begin with the proportions of a place

A CLOSER CONVERSATION
Some spaces call for a closer conversation. A terrace with an unusual footprint, a sequence of outdoor rooms or a scheme with a particular palette can be the starting point for a custom enquiry. Tell us what you are imagining, and we can explore what may be possible.
The setting
comes first
The most useful starting point is the space itself. Consider where the furniture sits, how people move through it and the relationship between sheltered and exposed areas. A photograph or a simple plan can help explain an idea that measurements alone may leave open.
You may be furnishing a private home, developing a residential project or shaping a hospitality setting. Architects, designers, operators and homeowners are all welcome to begin with a question.
THE COLLECTION AS A STARTING POINT
A considered starting
point
A design from the collection may provide the right language for your project. You might be considering a different proportion, a particular dimension or a colour relationship with the surrounding materials.
Describe the element you would like to explore, along with anything that needs to remain consistent.
Custom possibilities depend on the chosen design, construction and project requirements. Dimensions, colours, shapes and quantities need to be discussed individually before an option can be confirmed.

AN ENQUIRY, IN OUTLINE
From enquiry to an agreed direction
A custom enquiry begins with a review of your brief and the feasibility of the request. Where a commission is possible, the next step is to define the proposed design, its dimensions and the details that need your approval.
Any proposal should also make the price, anticipated timing and relevant order conditions clear. The agreed specification and commercial terms would need your approval before a commission moves into production. The precise sequence, and any sample or drawing requirements, will depend on the project and be confirmed as part of that conversation.

Sequence, scope and timing are confirmed individually for each project
The details that help
Share what you know at this stage. An approximate size and a description of the setting are enough to open the discussion; a complete specification can follow as the idea becomes clearer.
01
Location and type of space, including its exposure to sun and rain
02
Approximate dimensions, furniture layout and any access
considerations

with
04
Number of rugs and any repeated sizes across the project
05
Your intended installation date and any technical requirements
