Care guide
Practical guidance for everyday cleaning, spills and outdoor conditions. The guide covers removing dry debris, blotting, gentle washing, rinsing and complete drying, with individual instructions for common types of marks and residue. It also explains furniture handling and storage.
Keep it with your product information and follow the individual rug’s care label wherever instructions differ.

Limited warranty
The complete terms of Rima Dain’s two-year limited manufacturer warranty, including eligibility, manufacturing-defect coverage, care requirements and exclusions. It also sets out what to provide when making a claim and the remedies available after verification.
Keep your original receipt or other proof of purchase. The manufacturer warranty is additional to non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law.
For consumer purchases governed by Spanish law, separate statutory conformity protection for new goods runs for three years from delivery on its legal terms. The two-year manufacturer warranty does not reduce that protection.
