All Rima Dain rugs are made from polypropylene. Refer to the individual product page for its listed material description. Campo, for example, is specified as Polypropylene Outdoor Rope. Product-specific requirements should be checked before you complete a selection.

Our rugs are designed in Marbella and made by specialist artisans in India. The collection explores colour, line and texture through a wide range of distinct designs.

The collection is intended for outdoor use, with the placement and care described on the product label. Use a stable, free-draining surface, avoid standing water and dry both sides after rain. Follow the storage guidance when putting a rug away. Outdoor use does not remove the need for care, and the limited warranty has specific weather-related exclusions.

Measure the furniture group and the space around it. Consider where the sofa and chair legs will sit, how dining chairs move, door clearances and circulation. Use the dimensions listed for the design you are considering; size options should not be assumed to be identical across the collection.

Remove dry debris regularly with suction-only vacuuming or gentle sweeping. Blot spills without rubbing. After a hidden-area test, clean with cool or lukewarm water, a little pH-neutral detergent and a soft nylon brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with airflow to both sides. Do not pressure wash. The product care label takes precedence.

After rain, lift the edges and dry the rug and floor separately before replacing furniture. After salt or chlorine exposure, rinse with fresh water and dry fully. These are care instructions; they should not be read as a claim of salt or chlorine resistance.

Screen settings and lighting affect the appearance of colour. The published limited warranty also identifies handmade variation, natural shade variation and texture changes among its exclusions. If matching a finish is important, discuss that requirement before making your selection. A suspected manufacturing fault should still be raised with customer care.

Ask about the arrangements available for your project; trade pricing, service terms and technical suitability need individual confirmation.

We accept orders for Marbella, Spain. Use the contact form or email hello@rimadain.com with the rug, colour, size, quantity and delivery address. Ask for confirmation of availability, total price, delivery service, charges and timing. Delivery beyond the confirmed ordering area requires separate confirmation.

For an eligible consumer distance purchase, you generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us that you are withdrawing, without giving a reason. Genuine personalised goods may be exempt; choosing a standard size or colour does not by itself create that exemption. Faulty or non-conforming goods are covered by separate legal rights. The two-year limited manufacturer warranty covers verified manufacturing defects on its published terms, starting from the original retail purchase date. Keep proof of purchase and contact the point of purchase or Rima Dain with photographs before repair, return or disposal under that warranty. Separately, Spanish consumer law makes the seller responsible for pre-existing non-conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery. The commercial warranty does not shorten those rights.
